Birthday Party Coordinator
Position Overview
The Birthday Party Coordinator is responsible for overseeing birthday party bookings, communicating with families, preparing for events, and helping host smooth and exciting parties at the studio. This person will serve as the main point of contact for birthday party clients and help ensure every celebration is welcoming, organized, fun, and that the studio is well cared for before and after each event.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with families regarding party availability, booking details, and party options
- Coordinate birthday party scheduling and studio space availability
- Prepare party materials, supplies, and setup needs in advance
- Help lead and supervise birthday party activities
- Welcome families and guests and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure party spaces are clean, organized, and ready before events
- Clean up thoroughly after parties and make sure the studio is well kept and reset for the next class, event, or business day
- Help maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the studio during and after birthday party events
- Work with studio staff to ensure parties run smoothly
- Assist with decorations, games, music, and general party flow
- Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly experience for all guests
- Follow studio policies and safety procedures during events
- Friendly, dependable, and professional
- Enjoys working with children and families
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to multitask and manage event details efficiently
- Comfortable taking initiative and solving problems as they arise
- Weekend availability required
- Experience in customer service, event coordination, childcare, dance, or related areas is a plus
